Flotilla Flotilla is a situation that started in November, 2016 by artist Kim Beck, that consists of occasional art projects, events & exhibitions. These will mostly shown in a home in Pittsburgh on Flotilla Way. Projects use all aspects of the domestic space from living room to yard.
